By accepting these terms of use, you give your consent in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We offer unique activities such as laser tag to improve skills like communication, coordination and teamwork. We collect data such as your email only to send you the photos or videos you request, and to promote our activities on our own social networks (Instagram, Facebook) and websites. All this is done only with your explicit consent, and never for any other purpose.
- We do not share the information collected from our customers with third parties, such as service providers or business partners. The data is used only for internal purposes, to promote our activities on our own social networks (Instagram, Facebook) and the websites www.greenisland.es and www.greenisland.cat. All this is done only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- You have the right to access your personal data, correct it if it is wrong, and request its deletion or portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us by phone (+34 679 600 964) or by email (comercial@greenisland.es). We reply within 30 days, free of charge.
- The security of your data is key for us. We use encryption to protect stored information, restrict access to the administrator only, and monitor the system to detect any threat or intruder. The photos and stats of each game are deleted after 2 months. All other data is deleted automatically after one year of inactivity, without unnecessary backups, to minimise risks.
- We may update this privacy policy to adapt to changes in the law or in how we manage data. If there are important changes, we will let you know through our website or the channels we use to contact you (such as email).
- Your game’s code or its PDF (either of them) is the key to your group’s photos and stats. You are responsible for sharing them only with the people in your group. The photos are for private use: do not publish photos of other people without their permission, and never of minors. For us, the group is one unit: if anyone in the group asks us to delete the game (through any of the channels in point 3), we delete all of it —stats, photos and PDF— for the whole group, straight away. Anyone who has not saved it will no longer be able to see it.
