1. Data controller

We are Green Island Adventures S.L., tax ID B67578559, registered at Barri La Guia, s/n, 08241 Manresa. Activities take place at Carrer Canigó, 44, 08253 Sant Salvador de Guardiola.

2. What data we collect and why

We collect your data when you send us a question, request a booking or a quote, or download your game’s PDF:

• Name, email and phone: to reply to you, organise your activity and send you your quote.
• Details of your event (date, time, number of players or kits and, for events at your place, the town): to calculate the quote and prepare the activity.
• Photos and stats from the game: so that you and your group can see them with your code or your PDF.
• Photos and videos to promote our activities on our social networks (Instagram, Facebook) and websites (www.greenisland.es and www.greenisland.cat): only with your consent.
• Website visits, anonymously with Google Analytics: only if you accept cookies (see the Cookie policy).

3. Who we work with

We do not sell or pass on your data to anyone, except where required by law (for example, to the authorities).

To store data and send emails and quotes we use Google tools (Forms, Sheets, Drive and Gmail) and, for visit statistics, Google Analytics. Google processes this data only on our behalf, to provide us with that service.

4. How long we keep your data

The photos and stats of each game are deleted after 2 months. We keep other data only as long as necessary and delete it automatically after one year of inactivity, without unnecessary backups.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, request its portability or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time. If you appear in a photo and want us to delete it, you can ask us too. Contact us at comercial@greenisland.es or +34 679 600 964. We reply within 30 days, free of charge.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Security

We protect your data with encryption, restrict access to the administrator only and monitor the system against threats or intruders.

7. Legal basis

We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Art. 6.1(a) Your consent: for promotional photos and videos and for Google Analytics cookies.
• Art. 6.1(b) Your request: to reply to you, prepare your quote and organise the activity you ask for.
• Art. 6.1(f) Our legitimate interest: to improve our activities and customer service.
• Arts. 15 to 21: your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, which you can exercise as explained in section 5.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy because of legal changes or changes in how we manage data. If there are important changes, we will let you know on our websites (www.greenisland.es and www.greenisland.cat) or by email.
